Diocletian’s Palace Wine and Dining Experience

This is organized in the most foodie street located in almost 2000 years old
Diocletian Palace. Inside the ancient palace, you will have your experience, private
inside one of the few amazingly decorated spaces of the authentic restaurant where
you are going to feel as if you are inside Dalmatia’s heart.

First, you will have a guided tasting of authentic Dalmatian white and red wines with
sommeliers, These wines will be paired with fleur de sel, aged red wine vinegar,
freshly baked bread, cow and mixed milk cheese, dry fig jam and homemade
tapenade.

After enjoying a few glasses of wine, you will be provided with one of the best food
experiences in Split. An exclusive seafood experience, organized by traditional
customs of our region.

Afterward, you will be served in your own, private area with a traditional Dalmatian
3-course dinner, all made with authentic and local ingredients. The dinner menu
depends on your preferences, but we recommend a seafood menu as you are
visiting a Mediterranean city next to the sea.
